What country are my orders shipped from?
We ship orders from Korea. We are collaborating with global logistics companies such as EMS, UPS, FEDEX, DHL, Korea Post, Lincos.
How long does it take to prepare for delivery?
It takes 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday). If it is a Korean holiday such as Chuseok or Lunar New Year, delivery may be delayed. If stock is out of stock, we will contact you via email.
How long does shipping usually take?
For most countries, DHL/UPS/Fedex takes 2-3 days (excluding product preparation period), economy shipping method takes 14-20 days. Depending on the country, economy shipping may not be available in some countries.

How do I order?
1. Sign in and create an account.
2. On the contact lens page you want to purchase, select the eye power for your right eye and left eye.
3. Click the Add to cart button to add the product to the shopping cart button at the top right.
4. In the same way, put the products into the cart and press the Checkout button to proceed with the payment.
5. Enter your name, contact number, email address, and recipient’s address correctly. (Double check) Pay with PayPal.
6. Paypal can be paid with a normal credit card without a PayPal account. (How to use)
What are the business days and hours of operation, and what are the hours for answering chat questions?
Our Business days are from Monday to Friday.
Saturdays, Sundays, and Chuseok holidays in Korea are holidays. Since all logistics companies in Korea work from Monday to Friday, we have set the working days as follows. And Our Business hours are from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Korean time. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us via chat. We will respond to you as soon as possible, not on holidays.
